What is an email account forwarder?

An email account forwarder allows a copy of any email sent to one email address to be forwarded to another email address. This lets you use one account to check mail sent to several email addresses.

Note: Any email account with BoxTrapper enabled should use its forwarding option, rather than this screen.

Change domain being managed

1. Click the Managing pull-down menu and click the appropriate domain.

2. Click Go.

Search for an email address

1. Enter keyword(s) in Search field.

2. Click Go.

Add an email account forwarder

• Click Add Forwarder.

Trace an email account forwarder

This feature allows you to view a forwarded email’s path.

• Click Trace to the right of the appropriate email account forwarder in the table.

Delete an email account forwarder

• Click Delete to the right of the appropriate email account forwarder in the table.

What is a domain forwarder?

A domain forwarder allows all mail sent to a domain to be forwarded to another domain. Adding a domain forwarder will override the default address for the selected domain.

Add a domain forwarder

• Click Add Domain Forwarder.

Delete a domain forwarder

• Click X to the right of the appropriate domain forwarder in the table.

To edit default (or “catch-all”) address behavior
